Building a Quarterly C&C Promo Calendar

Lock dates for artwork, inventory, and field visits before you announce the next trade wave.

Planning calendar with colored markers

A useful cash-and-carry calendar is not a marketing wish list. It is a shared contract between brand, sales, and supply. Artwork lock, print delivery, depot allocation, and merchandiser visit windows need to appear on the same page.

We recommend a ninety-day view with no more than one major floor build per category per month in the same account—unless you have dedicated crews. Overlapping waves dilute attention and burn field time.

When trade, sales, and logistics sign the same calendar, promotions stop colliding in the aisle.
